Finished products specifications:
The mounting brackets and winch box are from
1/4" steel, the balance of the bumper from 3/16". .
The tow points will accommodate a shackle with
up to a 7/8" diameter pin.
On this model the Wincher is equipped with 5"
diameter ProComp 55 lights, one driving set and
one fog set.
The two holes in the front plate are to allow
additional airflow over the radiator.

aluminum/silver brite, primer, bed liner

factory fender flare. The factory flare
can be trimmed even with the fender if
desired. Looks fine either way.
The grill guard is spaced out from the
bumper an inch or so to allow room for
the hood/grill to clear properly (and its
still close). The inner hoop is 1-3/4"
diameter, 1-1/2" for the outer hoops
around the headlights
