Just a little update today. To go with the additional
suspension travel we achieved by changing to longer stroke
shocks: A longer brake line. I don't know why we didn't use
the fancy stainless steel with blue cover. At any rate, we
have these available in custom lengths using standard brake
line or braided stainless or braided stainless in a variety of
colours.

Working on the roll cage. The
main hoop behind the seats.
Formed from 2" x .120" DOM.
It will anchor using double
plates right behind the
intermediate body mount,
making a very strong mount
location.

Shown here in Cranny.
And here the full roll cage, dropped through the floor to
weld the top of it. This is not the SCORE spec. roll cage,
but is designed to allow us to continue to seat four people
in Cranny.

The front shock,
almost installed. The
mount to the control arm has to be
changed slightly. Yes, this is a very close
fit. We're talking about 1mm clearance
when suspension cycles.

And the rear shock mount.
The new rear bumper. Integrates a receiver hitch, trailer
plug, backup lights, fog lights, you're following me too
closely lights as well as covers the gap from the 3" body
lift. Lower profile than the factory bumper.
